Hot Lunch Program - Here’s How:
1. Go to https://prescott.hotlunches.net
2. Click the "REGISTER" menu at the top right hand corner to sign up. Our school code is PLCHL
3. Enter your name, email address and phone, then a user id that you will use for access to the hot lunches application. Enter a password and then enter it again to verify that it is correct.
4. Once registered, you will be logged into the website
5. Please add your students by clicking on the "STUDENTS" button below or the "PROFILE" menu tab in order to proceed. Once your students have been added to the system you will be able to place lunch orders immediately by clicking the "Order" button below each child's name. IT’S THAT EASY! Not participating in hot lunch? We encourage you to register even if your child does not participate so that you are able to receive emails and reminders from the Prescott Learning Centre Fundraising Foundation (PLCFF) team.
PLCFF also uses the hotlunches website for the Fundraisers held during the school year. As in past years, you may place an order for any or all lunch dates as long as payment and order information is completed by the second week before hot lunch date.
Payment Options: By using the Hotlunches.net website, you are able to pay with the PayPal option. We will also be holding “Cash Days” for parents to come to the school and pay for their orders once a term. Cheques can be made to Prescott Learning Centre Fundraising Foundation. We ask that when paying in person to print off your order form filled out and bring it with you. We also do not accept payment from students.
Terms will be ask follows: Term 1 – September to December Term 2 – January to March Term 3 – April to June Each fundraiser will also have a Cash Day and the date will be sent out with the Fundraiser information.
