Regular Board Meeting Highlights - September 11, 2018
September 11, 2018 - The Board of Trustees is pleased to share with all education stakeholders the highlights of our recent Board meeting held on Tuesday, September 11, 2018. The adopted minutes will be available on our website following the next Regular Board meeting.
- The Board approved the Statement of Revenues and Expenses for the period ending July 31, 2018. As of July 31st, 2018, 92.28% of revenues have been collected for the year compared to 93.11% of expenses paid out to date resulting in total year-to-date deficit of $1,769,057.
- The Board received as information, a letter dated August 15, 2018 from the Town of Stony Plain outlining an appeal process, should the Board of Trustees wish to appeal the development permit application for location #105, 4600 - 48 Street.
- The Board received as information, the Facilities Services Summer Work Report, as presented by the Director of Facilities Services, Serge LaBrie.
- The Board received as information, the Strategic Planning and Communications Services Report, as presented by Director of Strategic Planning and Communications, Jordi Weidman.
